Amongst the masses: Day 1 (part II)
Well, the bus ride home was... uneventful. However, I must add the disclaimer that I'm a little peeved at having it sprung on me. "Hi honey, I'm busy running errand XYZ and won't be able to pick you up. You can find your way home, right?" *Hhrmph* Yes, I can, but after 20 minutes of waiting in the cold, I don't have to fucking like it. *grumble*
Note: I don't mind that he was stuck running an errand. I just wish he'd told me this morning, sent me an email or in some other way notified me: "Hey I have an errand to run that may cause me not to be able to pick you up." Then I could have been pleasantly surprised when it turned out that he could make it.
