Various people on my friends list are doing this. Believe it or not, I can't think of anything to ask them. To me, they are quite open about the things they cover, or simply I don't know them well enough to get that personal. But, I am curious to see if there is something you want to know.

Everyone has things they don't blog about.

Challenge me out of my comfort zone by telling me something I don't blog about, but you'd like to hear about, and I'll write a post about it. Ask for anything: latest movie watched, last book read, political leanings, thoughts on lima beans, favorite type of underwear, etc.
