I got a very good review! 3.1 out of 5, with the caveat that no one gets a 5 and a 4 is increadibly rare. The most my boss has ever heard of was someone getting a 3.6.
I got all of the same kind of compliments that I usually do when someone is impressed with my work. I also got a lot of the same critiques. I need to work on grammar and spelling on my reports (ie proofread stupid) and I need to be more pro-active before escalating a problem (ie try to figure out the answer first, then check w/boss to make sure answer is right rather than hollering for help from the get-go).
To sum up, I am me! And I really do need to work on proofreading. *sigh*
