It's just been a tough time lately with several people.
"Oh, we'll get together when I get back!" "Yeah, I still owe you a few beers..." "Let's hang out next weekend!"
Maybe its because I don't have a GF or any family commitments. Just tired of the slew of promised time with people and most of them forgetting. Seems par for the course when someone gets a new girlfriend/boyfriend that they can't find the time for other friends.
I really shouldn't take it personally.
That joke about Mind Over Matter - I no longer mind because they no longer matter. Pretty easy to write people off. Tired of being the one to keep asking/reminding these people.
