Now if I could just get this pain in my head. I have a sinus headach, combining with a tension headach (from my neck) that's threatening to flip over into a migraine.

i like Excedrin Tension Headache. it has caffine and pain killers. that stuff is RAD.

i have gained 20 pounds since Southern so i am on the excersise/diet regimen again. i swear, fast food is the devil.
