I've been sick for the last two days. It was a horrible, painful, stomach flu. I recommend you avoid it if you can.

It has a two (three max) incubation period. Begins with puking, body/joint aches and fever. Luckily, I've noticed the upheavals don't continue, but the stomach remains unsettled and it seems like most people continue to have problems with solidity. Anyway, it sucks - wash your hands, avoid anyone you hear doesn't feel well.

Now, on to better things. I am late in telling you, my new column is up at www.twoheadedcat.com.

I'm a little nervous because my next column is due Wed. and well, due to illness I haven't had much time to research. I'm trying to decide if I should drop in a cheater column and then continue with my theories on the following one.

Please read this week's and give me some suggestions as to whether I should proceed with next week's, half-studied. They are related BTW.

Will it help refine your research to do another column on this topic? Writing always seems to organize my thoughts better. If yes, I think it would be worth it to go ahead. If not, I'd be inclined to toss in a cheater about the suckitude of being sick and go on next time when you've had time to research more.

Sorry you haven't been feeling well... it seems to be going around. Hope I don't come down with it in Alaska. Feel better... I'll check out your column now!
