I just saw the house that I want.

It's seven blocks from my office. It's a *big* five bedroom. It was built at the turn of the century (the last one) so it meets SushiCaddy's qualifications for old. It has hardwood floors, a gas fireplace and a stained glass window in the living room.

It has a screened balcony over the backyard and a small balcony in front. It's got a *huge* backyard and a deck that would fit a hot-tub. The front porch is beggin for some rocking chairs and a nice outdoor dinnig set.

Unlike most old houses, the closets are good. And the kitchen is large. We'll need to get a stand alone dishwasher and prolly some tables for more counter space (but there is ROOM for these things).

With a little paint and some furniture it will be absolutely *dreamy*.
