The part you're less likely to hate me for is that website will also list historic homes for $1. They either need to be moved off their current lot or they can be pillaged for whatever you can remove.

There is a part of me that would be willing to consider Ontario for that house. But Patch found some other homes that are amazing deals and larger properties, even further out and I'm definitely not willing to consider them.
