Gave up brewing when she figured out that she's alergic to gluten....she's still grumpy about that.

(oh, and in regareds to the sbj thing...vegitarian and not crazy about the other...we dont celebrate either holiday!)

There are a number of non-gluten brewing alternatives! Take mead, for example.

I'm getting the bug again, too. I'll let you know when I get my lazy ass over to the brew store and get some supplies. Any requests? I usually do stouts & browns, but I may try my hand at a Belgian this time.
