The trouble with Tech (in Spanish even)

My mom is making me crazy.

She sent me an email the other day telling me she did a search for flyer, but it looked like she'd have to pay for it and she wants it for free. Yes, I know that sentence made no sense, but that was what I was getting after translating the Spanish.

I replied to her asking her what she meant by flyer. Her answer, predictably, provided a definition of the word "flyer", you know, a phamlet. She has an upcoming school reunion to announce.

I have now sent her a follow-up email explaining that she can create said flyer in word and have kinkos print it. I also asked if she was trying to create an electronic invitation, or perhaps wanted a web page for the event. I'm very curios to know exactly what the @#&&#!@@^ my mother really wants.

It's hard to be good tech support to someone you love if you don't understand the frakking question.
