Well, I did it. Today I actually weighed myself. I try to avoid doing that because it causes me to focus too much on what I weigh and not what my fitness level is. However, the stupid machines are always asking for my weight. I've been guestimating 145 and it was actually 147, so I'm pretty impressed with my ability to assess myself.
I am however dissapointed. I have never weighed so much in my life. I'm frustrated because my roomy size 10 jeans are tight (they require the holding of breath to zip up) and I don't feel like I'm making progress.
I haven't gained weight like this before. The last time, it was mostly in my chest, with some tummy. Now it is all in my hips and my belly. I am gaining nothing in my chest (not that I'd want to). So I am very confused.
On the plus side, my butt is looking/feeling quite firm.
