What project next?

Question for the masses. I'm finally finishing Patch's fucking blanket. I have a gift I need to finish for an upcoming event, and then after that there are a million things I want to do for me. I will also be working on patterning my grandmother's shawl but that's a long term project.

I have never actually made anything for me and it's about time I reap the rewards of my work. :-)

So what should I work on?

Fingerless Gloves

Whatcha need the most? Hmm, if'n you do fingerless gloves, you could wear 'em while you do other stuff, so that makes the most sense, IMHO. :-)

I like making hats, because they're quick and satisfying. If it pleases you, and you want a larger project, you can move on to the next thing that will take a little longer, which is probably then socks. Then on to fingerless gloves (more work than the socks), and then a sweater! I believe in doing things in order of complexity, I guess. :)

I say the gloves since they are really quick (takes me about an hour a glove), then hat (as I never really got to wear hats in LA), then socks (I can pass on a good crochet pattern, but knitting is socks is really evil), then sweater. I like to do in order of ease :)
