nightrythmOK, so I'm floating this. We've asked the landlord if he's giving a year lease. Rent is $3,000 ($750 each) + utilities.
If we decide to do this, who would be interested in living at Neighbor of the Beast? I'm willing to consider friends, but *very* leary about people I don't know.
I need to formulate a plan ASAP, because if we can't get the people, I need to find a place to live before the end of the month.
