I'm sitting here in this extended lethargy. I'm tired, I've eaten but one meal and have absolutely no hunger. I feel like I could stay like this for a week. I can see myself pulling it together for work tommorrow, coming home and having Patch get take out. I feel like my house will never be clean again. Like all the progress and good habits I began to set down while I was unemployed will be merrily flushed down the toilet by one weekend of extreme sloth.

One weekend of extreme sloth [& in you case fever] is unlikely to undo all your good efforts. Make a date with yourself to follow up on cleaning after work this week, incrementally; then get that Tylenol and get to sleep so you can pull it together for work tomorrow.
